Available Actions

Access the Agency Portal dashboard to launch your entitlements. You will need to have a certificate registered to your account in order to access. To register your certificate use the New User (Enroll Here) selection.

New User - Use the "Enroll here" link to register the certificate from your CAC/PIV card if you have received invitation emails. The invitation emails contain the Persona ID and Certificate Enrollment Key needed for a successful enrollment. This allows you to access the system that you have been registered for.

New Certificate - Use the "Update here" link to update the certificate from a replacement CAC/PIV card. Eligible personas will be shown. If no persona is shown, you either have not been enrolled or are deactivated.

Use the "Reactivate here" link to re-enable a persona. This should be used after receiving notification that your persona has been deactivated due to inactivity.
